She was constantly in touch with listing agents to get the most up-to-date info and helped us make informed decisions along the way. She never put pressure on us and instead, read our cues on how we were feeling about each house. When multiple houses got above the price we were comfortable with, even if she had spent hours working with us on that house, she would optimistically move on with us. When we went under contract, she was very quick to ensure the inspection and all necessary contractors were arranged. Her recommendations proved excellent, even down to moving companies.
